Wir haben das Ferienhaus 2017 komplett saniert. Es bietet Ihnen auf 150 qm alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen und ist ausgestattet für 6 bis 8 Personen. Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

The intimate house was restored costly until 2001. You find here modern dwellings with complete comfort. The use of natural wood and stone gives a suitable ambience to the house. A visit of our approx. 3 ha large property with strewing fruit meadows, firs and old trees is a great experience for the kids. Balconies and terraces invite to relax. Even evenings at the campfire are possible. On rainy days or in the winter you will enjoy natatorium and sauna.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a quiet but central location between the towns Bad Schandau and Sebnitz, on the ridge between the valleys of the rivers Kirnitzsch and Sebnitz. The location offers opportunities for beautiful long hikes, which start nearby our accomodation. In close proximity is the Panoramaweg trail, running from Bad Schandau through the villages Mittelndorf, Lichtenhain and Saupsdorf, where is also a very popular part of the Malerweg trail. We do rent in the months from April to October. We are looking forward to your visit!
