Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 separate Bäder, einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche sowie einer urigen Sitzecke am Haus. Grill, Räucherofen und Feuerstelle sind vorhanden.
Das Haus wird nur komplett und ab mindestens 5 Tagen Aufenthalt vermietet (Nichtraucherhaus). Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht. Am Haus befinden sich 3 Parkplätze.
