Our vacation home was lovingly reconditioned by us. The inviting 50sqm large holiday flat has one separate entrance and can be used by 2 adults and 1 kid. In addition a large dwelling with kitchenette, dinette and lounge, separate bedroom with a bed (180 x 200 cm) and one roll bed (190x 80 cm), as well as a large bath with tub/shower and WC. The dwelling is equipped with radio, television, WLAN, towels and bed linen.
In front of the entrance is a large sheltered terrace, directly at the garden with view to the forest. For the garden 2 sun chairs are available and your car can be parked in the garage.
Baker roll service Monday-Saturday possible. We were certified again in 2007 and received 3 stars.

Almost 150 years ago, the "Lichtenhainer Wasserfall" was already one of the earliest famous features of the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) and was the setting-off point for the first hikers who wandered on the "tourist paths" through this unique, beautiful region. The guesthouse, built in Swiss style in 1852, was, until the beginning of the 20th century, annexed to a chair-lift, pack-animal and guide´s station, so tha, to avoid the "terrible strain" of an ascent to the cow-shed, you could let yourself be carried up in the chair-lift by 2 carriers.

Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Located 180 meters above a deep sandstone canyon of the river Elbe, between Děčín and the border checkpoint of Hřensko, is a terrace built at the beginning of the 18th century. There is an amazing bird’s eye view from The Belveder. You can see the Elbe canyon, a huge valley surrounded by high rocks with the Elbe River flowing through. In the summertime, at evenings, when the sky is painted with so many beautiful colors, it’s a magical place. Adjacent to this terrace is a Hotel which shares the same name as the vista – Belveder. The surrounding countryside is favorite place for walkers and all around there are excellent places for mountaineering. From there you can easily reach the popular beauty-spot of Soutěsky and the world-famous Pravčická brána.
