The family-led land hotel is situated in the municipality Gohrisch. Hiking and groups of seniors are cordially welcome with good discounts on groups. Organization of day schedules, BBQ and much more. Friendly service in our restaurant with fresh regional kitchen. Seasonal change of menu before Easter time (visible on our homepage). On public holidays there will be an additional menu with breakfast buffet and half-board with 3 course meal with 2 choosable main courses. If desired we prepare lunch packets for you.

Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.

Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place.
